The Colony sits right on Lewisville Lake, a mix of master-planned lakeside communities and established older sections. We're based one suburb over in Carrollton, family-owned since 2010, and we've run routes here the whole time.

Lake-adjacent grading.

Lots near Lewisville Lake have their own drainage quirks — higher water tables in spots, runoff that has to be managed. We grade with the lake's hydrology in mind so new sod actually roots instead of washing out.

    Reserve your date

    October-November bookings get first pick of December install dates.

    On-site design walk

    We measure roofline, look at trees and beds, design the scene, give you a fixed quote.

    Install + service

    Install on your scheduled date. Mid-season service visit included. January takedown, off-season storage.

Holiday Lighting FAQ.

When should I book?

October fills the calendar. November is harder. If you want install before Thanksgiving, reserve by late September.

Do you take them down in January?

Yes. Early January takedown, then we store everything in our warehouse for the off-season. Same bulbs come back next year.

What if a bulb burns out mid-season?

One free service visit is included with every install. If a string fails or a bulb dies before Christmas, we fix it.

Trees, columns, garland — included?

Tree wraps (single trunks or full canopies), bed wash lighting, garland on columns and fences, wreaths, and pathway lighting are all options. Full scene designed during the on-site walk.

Do you serve all of The Colony?

Yes — from the lakeside sections at The Tribute and Stewart Peninsula out to Austin Ranch, Eastvale, and the older established blocks. If you're inside The Colony city limits, we cover you.

Watering rules / city ordinances for holiday lighting in The Colony?

Yes. The master-planned communities have specific sod, edging, and color-match rules. Omar walks the property and quotes to fit the neighborhood's requirements.

Today the team handles sod, synthetic turf, lawncare, hardscape, native design, outdoor lighting, and holiday lighting across Carrollton, Plano, Frisco, Dallas, and the surrounding metroplex. Omar still does every on-site estimate personally. Designs and installs every premium holiday lighting job. Reserves limited dates each November.
