Lake-adjacent grading.
Lots near Lewisville Lake have their own drainage quirks — higher water tables in spots, runoff that has to be managed. We grade with the lake's hydrology in mind so new sod actually roots instead of washing out.

The Tribute, Austin Ranch, and Stewart Peninsula each have their own landscape expectations. Omar walks the property and tailors the quote to fit the neighborhood from day one.
