    We measure roofline, look at trees and beds, design the scene, give you a fixed quote.

When should I book?

October fills the calendar. November is harder. If you want install before Thanksgiving, reserve by late September.

Do you take them down in January?

Yes. Early January takedown, then we store everything in our warehouse for the off-season. Same bulbs come back next year.

What if a bulb burns out mid-season?

One free service visit is included with every install. If a string fails or a bulb dies before Christmas, we fix it.

Trees, columns, garland — included?

Tree wraps (single trunks or full canopies), bed wash lighting, garland on columns and fences, wreaths, and pathway lighting are all options. Full scene designed during the on-site walk.

Do you serve all of University Park?

Yes — anywhere inside UP city limits, from Hyer Park to SMU-adjacent blocks to Hillcrest.

Watering rules / city ordinances for holiday lighting in University Park?

UP follows Dallas-area Stage 1 watering — twice a week on assigned days. New sod gets a 30-day variance.
