New construction sod, done right.

A lot of Frisco yards are new builds with compacted clay and a thin sod layer the builder dropped in. We grade, amend where it needs it, and lay fresh sod that actually roots. We've fixed a lot of builder-installed lawns.

Stonebriar, Newman Village, Phillips Creek Ranch — every one has different landscape standards. Omar walks the property and tailors the quote to the neighborhood.

    We measure roofline, look at trees and beds, design the scene, give you a fixed quote.

    Install + service

    Install on your scheduled date. Mid-season service visit included. January takedown, off-season storage.

When should I book?

October fills the calendar. November is harder. If you want install before Thanksgiving, reserve by late September.

Do you take them down in January?

Yes. Early January takedown, then we store everything in our warehouse for the off-season. Same bulbs come back next year.

What if a bulb burns out mid-season?

One free service visit is included with every install. If a string fails or a bulb dies before Christmas, we fix it.

Trees, columns, garland — included?

Tree wraps (single trunks or full canopies), bed wash lighting, garland on columns and fences, wreaths, and pathway lighting are all options. Full scene designed during the on-site walk.

Do you serve all of Frisco?

Yes — from Stonebriar and the older sections by Main Street out to Phillips Creek Ranch, Newman Village, and the new builds north of 380. If you're inside Frisco city limits we cover you.

What grass works best in Frisco?

Bermuda for new-build full-sun lots. Palisades Zoysia for established neighborhoods with partial shade. St. Augustine for heavy-shade pockets.

Watering rules / city ordinances for holiday lighting in Frisco?

Frisco follows the regional Stage 1 schedule most years — twice a week on assigned days. New sod gets a temporary variance for the first 30 days.

Today the team handles sod, synthetic turf, lawncare, hardscape, native design, outdoor lighting, and holiday lighting across Carrollton, Plano, Frisco, Dallas, and the surrounding metroplex. Omar still does every on-site estimate personally. Designs and installs every premium holiday lighting job. Reserves limited dates each November.
