How long until I can walk on new sod?

Stay off for the first 10-14 days while roots establish. Light foot traffic is fine after two weeks. Heavy use after about four weeks.

What's the best time of year to install sod in North Texas?

Late March through May is the sweet spot for Bermuda and Zoysia. Warm soil, spring rain, full growing season ahead. Early fall also works.

Do you remove the old grass?

Yes. Prep, removal, and haul-away are included in every install. We also grade so the new sod sits flush with walkways, beds, and driveways.

How much water does new sod need?

2-3 short cycles per day for the first two weeks, then taper. We leave a written watering schedule after install.

Do you serve all of Plano?

Yes — east and west sides, from Willow Bend out to Russell Creek, Legacy West, and Bent Tree. If you're inside Plano city limits, we serve you.
